First off the bike arrived very well packed and in perfect shape, this is a huge bonus being I have bought many bikes online and have had some very unfortunate experiences so kudos to Retrospec for a good job on packing! The bike itself took me about 15 minuets to build out (handle bars, pedals, wheels) I can't imagine it would take someone with no experience much longer. The frame is welded far better than I expected and all the components are solid and seem to be in working order, not to mention they are name brand (Promax stem, Neco headset and bottom bracket and CST tubes and tires).. The saddle is firm yet very comfortable and you gotta love the Kryptonite grips., very comfortable! Another great bonus is that the bottom bracket itself is sealed so its super smooth and rides very effortlessly. Overall for... The bike arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to put together (even for a first timer like me). I also had a few questions before I bought the bike and the customer service was wonderful. Retrospecbicycles.com emailed me back instantly and gave me all the help I needed. The bike rides great and obviously it is the best looking one on the road. I have gotten positive comments on it everyday. I want to ride it everywhere! This is definitely a MUST BUY!!!!
