 Sweetest road bike!, By This review is from: Diamondback 2012 Podium 5 Road Bike (Carbon/Red) (Sports) I was skeptical at first about buying a bike online... After I figured out what size bike I needed by going thru different bike shops and trying different models, I opted to buy online and almost bought the Podium 4. Being that I have the best wife on the planet I was able to get the full carbon Podium 5. All my friends like it and think it is pretty sweet.I've received it well packaged in a Diamondback factory box, with the help from my friend we put it together in no time, the bike is super light! I took it around the neighborhood and she rides fast! I took it for a 30-35 mile ride this weekend with no problems around Kauai. I can't wait to go back home so I can ride in Oahu from downtown to the North shore. At any rate I am quite pleased, it is beautiful and it even got stared in a good way! The flat black is fabulous. It came with the Shimano 105's and it shifts precisely. |
